Jacquelyn and her younger sister were raised in Anaheim a few minutes from Disneyland and moved with their family to Yorba Linda during her high school years. “My parents enrolled us in a Christian school as kids and that definitely gave us structure and a good foundation to build off of.” After graduating from El Dorado High School, she attended Biola University where she majored in English Literature and minored in Biblical studies. “I love reading novels and writing – world literature is my favorite because I get a glimpse into another culture and their customs without actually being there. It’s like a little vacation for my mind.”

When she’s not answering phones and slaving away at Crescent, she enjoys checking out what the local cities have to offer. “I love doing those paint & wine nights and my boyfriend and I have Disneyland passes (I know, I know, we’re such kids) so we go there when we can.” Jacquelyn has also recently taken on the position of Social Media Coordinator. In addition to transferring calls and ordering supplies, she’ll be updating you with the latest tech news and advice as well as what’s going on across the offices. Despite her bubbly personality we all experience here at work, Jacquelyn describes herself as an introverted people person. “I do consider

paintnightmyself more quiet and introverted, but I also need to be around people, I love helping them and building relationships,” which is part of the reason we all love having her around.

Prior to working at Crescent Solutions, you could find Jacquelyn slinging beans and steaming milk at Starbucks. “I was working at a Drive-thru Starbucks Coffee shop in Brea. I would take the morning shifts so I was the one you’d see at 4:00 am in the drive-thru window. It was a fun job, but I am so grateful to have a better job with a new family here at Crescent.”

One of Jacquelyn’s highlights here at Crescent so far was the summer rally. “It was exciting to be able to manage the relay and games for that event. I’m totally in favor of company-wide events and being able to house everyone in our home office was such a great bonding experience. I loved having the opportunity to bring out everyone’s silly side with those challenges.” We look forward to creating many more fun memories with you, Jacquelyn!
