Crescent Solutions was proud to be a strategic partner of the 4th Annual Nevada IT Symposium in March. With over 140 attendees—from leading local, national and international companies—and 17 breakout sessions to attend, this annual event was the most successful to date.
The IT Symposium offers a unique environment for industry leaders within the community to gather, collaborate, and discover new avenues in which to maintain a competitive advantage in the global economy.
Sonia Petkewich, our Las Vegas Regional Director, has been serving on the conference planning committee for over two years. “As a committee, we strive to make this an unprecedented event,” she said. “We want to facilitate the sharing of information between peers in an effort to provide applicable solutions to individual scenarios.”
Breakout sessions focused on the opportunities and challenges facing companies, including topics surrounding data consolidation, technology ecosystems, social media, the need for IT staff to understand business, IT demand, and cloud solutions.
However, the goal of the conference is not just to drive information. This event also celebrates both the achievements and innovative advancements that are taking place within the community on the corporate, government, and academia levels.
“This event is both productive and rewarding,” said Petkewich. “And we are already working to make it even bigger next year.”
