“If he’s not recruiting, he’s break dancing,” admits colleague Chad Harris. “He is not afraid to get down on the dance floor or spit a couple of rhymes on the mic,” adds co-worker Rick Grandy. His outgoing nature and current love of dance comes as no surprise. While attending Valencia High School, Bumpers founded, and was captain of, the first ever All Male Dance Team. “I went on to coach the team for several years after graduating,” says Tony, “and the team is still dancing hard and competing today.”

Being a part of the dance team helped cultivate the skills shown daily in the Crescent office. As a Recruiter, Tony is known for his hard work and dedication to the company. His primary focus is on finding IT Consultants and building relationships and a network of IT professionals. “Tony is a hard worker with a real compassion for helping people,” said Grandy. “I also double as free entertainment at all Crescent sponsored company events,” jokes Bumpers.

Outside of work, his free time is spent exercising, travelling, occasionally gambling, and making perfect PB&J sandwiches. Did I mention he’s a devout Kobe Bryant fan with a secret longing for Tom Brady and the Patriots? He has even recently fallen in love with the Boston Red Sox (Thanks to Albano).

When asked to describe himself he mentions that among other things he is “smooth talking, well dressing, sweater wearing ninja” with a penchant for “saying words/names incorrectly like Rix and Charrish (Ricky and Chad Harris.)” Whether he is out with the “Wolf Pack” (aka co-worker/friends Brian Albano, Brian Batistic, and Mike Edmiston), or in the office, Tony Bumpers is without a doubt the life of the party.  His energy is palpable. And as he likes to say, “don’t be shy now!”
