Crescent Solutions is teaming up with the DevMasters to bring Orange County an informative, hands-on, monthly meetup! theDevMasters is owned by GBCS LLC, a data science & artificial intelligence consulting group. Founded in 2012 and formerly known as codecamp5, they offer educational applied labs for data scientists, machine learning engineers, & artificial intelligence engineers. Their data science courses are designed to mend the gap between academic learning and the demand in the market.
Formerly, theDevMasters hosted their data science meetups in various locations around Orange County. After attending a meeting and inquiring further into the program, we have offered theDevMasters a more permanent ‘home’ for their future meetings. We will be teaming up with theDevMasters to produce monthly meetings with a focus in data science. Once we get a feel for the flow of the meetings, Crescent will be contributing to the meetings with short presentations on subjects such as; ‘how to build a resume’ and ‘interview prep’.
Our first meetup will commence on April 25th, 2018 at 6pm. Monthly meetings will include food and beverage, interesting and trending data science topics, and hands-on workshops for any level of coder. We are excited for the opportunity to give back to a community we work so closely with, and looking forward to the relationships we will build along the way.
