Employee Spotlight: Jordan Caffall, the Oregonian Lumberjack

jordanBorn and raised in Newberg, Oregon, and the youngest of 3 children, Jordan Caffall paved her own path to success. After graduating high school, she moved to Portland and earned her Bachelors in Sociology from Portland State. Shortly after, she packed up her little Mitsubishi with as much of her life as it could hold and journeyed to sunny California. Her determination, along with her achievements, have recently earned her the title of Executive Assistant to Brian Fischbein at Crescent Solutions and we couldn’t be more excited to have her on board.

“I’m kind of an introverted extrovert. I’m pretty good at being social, but I have to be in my comfortjordantyler zone to be extroverted,” the Newberg native explains. “I’m really sarcastic. My entire family is really sarcastic actually, so it’s definitely something I picked up from them.” Along with having award-winning sarcasm, Jordan’s family also has an interesting background. “Both of my mom’s parents escaped to America during the holocaust and ended up being college professors, while my dad’s family owned a logging company, so I’m basically a lumberjack,” she laughs.

When Jordan isn’t planning retreats or managing Brian’s schedule, you can find her enjoying a local live music event, planting her own garden, or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. “I’m really into plants. I had a garden at my last house, but I just moved into an apartment so unfortunately, I had to leave a lot of my plants behind. I really like to cook also, so my gardening always went hand in hand with that.” Although Jordan has been here for only a few short months, she already has a successful 2016 Holiday Event under her belt and is in the process of planning our 2017 Annual Retreat and President’s Club Trip. We are so glad to have you on our team, keep up the great work!
