George is a Maryland native. Growing up in Silver Spring, he decided to stay close to home for college, earning his degree in Economics from the University of Maryland – College Park. Currently, he is a Talent Acquisition Consultant. “Crescent Solutions saw my resume posted and reached out to me. Since I’m in Maryland I didn’t come into the offices, but I spoke with Heath and he immediately submitted my resume to Parsons. Within a day I got feedback that they liked my resume and the following day I interviewed and got the job! Needless to say my experience has been great,” George says. “Heath did an excellent job closing the deal.”
“George is a superb professional with a strong sense of loyalty to his work,” says Technical Recruiting Manager, Heath Hamaguchi. “He is a Senior Recruiter with a long list of impressive clients over the years which include notable organizations such as Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Aetea Information Technology, to name a few. [Brian] Batistic and I are proud of his hard work and professionalism, and the client has been speaking very highly of him.”
With over 18 years of experience in IT Recruiting as a whole, George has worked for countless companies and has a combination of Agency Staffing and Corporate Recruiting Experience. Aside from his impressive resume, this fun-loving guy has some impressive moves on the dance floor. “I love to dance,” George admits, “and I’m a big 80s music fan – my favorite band is Simple Minds.” His fancy footwork contributed to his soccer skills as well. “I played college level soccer for a year at UMD and also at the Club Level. To this day I’m still a big fan of soccer, football, and hockey.” His favorite teams are the Washington Redskins and Capitals, naturally, along with the Chelsea Football Club. Aside from work he loves to stay active hiking, traveling, and of course, dancing the night away.
