What I like most about life: Spending time with family/friends and Watching my children grow while learning to appreciate the “Work” it takes to raise them.

COO - Taking a client out for a day of golf, Mitch keeps things running smoothly at Crescent Solutions.

What I like most about my job: Being part of Crescent since day 1 working out of a spare bedroom in Brian’s house to recently being named one the best places to work with over 300 resources on payroll is utterly amazing. Even better is the ability to grow exponentially more! The people and culture within Crescent make it easy to come into work each and every day.

• Married, no kids but they are definitely in the future
• Born in Minnesota, spent 6 years in Memphis as a child before returning to Minnesota
• Graduated from Coe College in Cedar Rapids Iowa, was student body president

My biggest pet peeve: That our CEO actually thinks Twizzlers are better than RedVines… Twizzlers aren’t even licorice!!

What I like most about life: Being a newlywed enjoying the time I can spend with my wife and enjoying our early years together as we build towards a family. From a business perspective I love the fact that we are helping people find new opportunities and helping them grow as professionals.

Favorite movie: Impossible to pick 1… a few in no particular order, Caddyshack, Casablanca, Heat, Raging Bull, Scarface, The Hangover

Partner Manager - With waves too good to pass up, Eric mixes a little business with pleasure at the beach.

What I like most about my job: Being one of the “original 6” when we weren’t much more than a website and 3 extra bedrooms. Crescent Solutions is so much more to me than just a job; The company – MY company - has pushed me in so many different areas creating remarkable growth both as a valued business partner as well as an everyday individual.

• Born and raised in the greater Los Angeles area
• Graduated from Cal State University, Fullerton with a degree in Business Administration
• Have lived in 3 different cities that end with the word ‘Beach’ (Newport, Huntington and Redondo)

• While on a cruise to the Bahamas, I gave a complete stranger the Heimlich maneuver as he was chocking on a lime
• Watching my 2 young nieces grow is truly the most exciting and rewarding experience of life

Pet Peeve: Losing to the competition!

What I like most about life: Being able to start a business at a very young age with such a fantastic group of people. The opportunity to come in everyday and make a new contact, set a new meeting and break a new account all while making a new friend at the same time.

Favorite movie: The guys are going to laugh at me for this one…Forrest Gump – no joke! It’s such an incredible story of hard work turning into good fortune! That movie makes me laugh and cry all at the same time. Life really is like a box of chocolates!!

What I like most about my job: Being one of the founding partners of Crescent and seeing how far we have come. The opportunity we have in front of us and the future potential we have as an organization.

• Married with one son and another on the way (due in 2011)
• Grew up in Orange County. Graduated from Arizona State
• Played baseball and basketball in high school. Played at Angel Stadium and won baseball state championship my senior year
• Went to college on baseball scholarship
• Love anything Boston. Sports teams, movies, you name it. Won’t meet a bigger Red Sox fan.
• Three Best Moments of my life: Birth of my son(s), Wedding day, and 2004 MLB playoffs (Red Sox beat the Yankees and win the World Series)

My biggest pet peeve: Losing to the Yankees or Lakers. 2004, 2007 (Sox), and 2008 (Celtics) do help a little.

What I like most about life: Coming home everyday to my wife and son(s). Spending time with family and watching our children learn and grow. Thinking about the future.

Favorite movie: Tough to pick one. Goodfellas, Bronx Tale, Wedding Crashers, Rocky Series, and Reversing the Curse (Red Sox Documentary)

CFO - Matt engages in a bit of stress relief while juggling the monthly numbers at the office.

What I like most about my job: I like most that this is the true story... of six original strangers... picked to work out of a house...work together and have their lives transformed... to find out what happens... when people stop being polite... and start getting real...The Real Crescent World. Seriously though, working alongside great people in a fantastic environment with limitless growth opportunities and continuously going the extra mile for friends that happen to be coworkers.

• Married to my wife (and best friend) with 3 incredible kids = Girl, Boy, Girl
• I believe that Passion, Purpose and “Going The Extra Mile” are critical to every success.
• It is hard to tell when I am serious and when I am joking. I have a dry sense of humor and I enjoy the fruits of sarcasm. Not the easiest combination.
• Graduated from Cal State University Long Beach with a degree in Finance.
• Honored to be a nominated with top notch talent for 2009 Orange County CFO of the Year in the OCBJ.
• My favorite time of year is when the Lakers are in the Playoffs and hopefully winning another NBA Title. Preferably defeating the Celtics.
• Achieved my 15 minutes of fame when I was 22 by appearing on the infamous TV show, Judge Judy (not my proudest moment, but I WON!!)

My biggest pet peeve: when someone commits, but doesn’t follow through on the commitment.

What I like most about life: Being surprised by my children’s new feats, my wife’s enduring love and courage, and the miraculous blessings that life’s curveballs continue to pelt me with. Realizing that the bigger the problem, the bigger the opportunity and rewards when a solution is achieved.
